Having grown up on the central Oregon coast Jacob has always loved to go fishing whether it's on the ocean to chasing salmon and steelhead on the rivers. Fishing has been his driving force in life and it led him to start guiding. He loves seeing someone's face light up when they connect on their first steelhead or first big fall Chinook. He almost get more excited about it then they do, seeing that is whats made him want to become a guide in the first place.
