James Hinton is a professional fishing guide with Baddfish Guide Service and a licensed Captain with the United States Coast Guard. James' father was a commercial fisherman in the 1970s out of Depoe Bay, Oregon, and his mother was an avid fisherman as well. Over the years, James has fished the Sacramento River, Feather River, and surrounding lakes for King Salmon, striped bass, Trout, and Kokanee Salmon in Northern California for 23 years. He moved to central Oregon 3 years ago to guide for his favorite, Kokanee Salmon, exciting fishing action, and the beautiful Central Oregon scenery. Whether it's Billy Chinook's famous trophy-size Bull Trout and Kokanee Salmon or beautiful Paulina Lake for Kokanee and Brown Trout, James will have you fully outfitted.
