Meet Amanda
Though I have grown up fishing, my experience is different than most everyone else in this market. I've been fishing this tiny, tiny little lake up in the cascades between Waldo and Odell Lakes called Gold Lake. The lake prohibits motors of any kind and is barbless, fly fishing for trout only. The lake holds large native rainbow trout for catch & release as well. My parents carved our family's initials into a tree that fell into the lake about 40 years ago; it really is my little paradise on earth.
I'm technical support, bookkeeper, website administrator, shipping and receiving and sometimes the one that prevents him from accidentally tripping in the boat (the other time, I'm the one that causes it). In my spare time I like to read (check out my Goodreads account here) collect stamps (for serious) and play with my cats. I have a Masters in Psychology and work full time at Western Oregon University, then come home and start working all over for you all. Thank you guys for all the support and encouragement; you're the reason we love doing this.
